free BCAA amino acids (30% L-leucine, 15% L-valine, 15% L-isoleucine), 10% L-glutamine, aromas, acidity regulators – citric acid, sodium citrate; thickener – acacia gum, sweeteners – sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharinate, aspartame, acesulfame K, sucralose; anti-caking agent – calcium hydrogen phosphate, emulsifier – lecithin; 0,02% vit. Directions for use
Take 1-2 portions a day – before a meal or training and after training or before sleep. Add 1 portion (10 g of powder – 25 measuring units of the Olimp scoop or 2 flat tablespoons) to 200 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
