Function and Impact:
The BCAAs (especially L-leucine) stimulate muscle protein synthesis and muscle growth more than any other amino acid. In TST form BCAAs are even more effective, and are superior to other amino acids but also to conventional BCAAs in tablet form.
BCAAs TST are so effective because they penetrate into the extracellular tissue, thus supporting the muscle protein synthesis. For the synthesis to start as soon as possible, BCAA TST is dissolved in Malate acid and re-crystallized for fast and complete solubility in water. Just 10 minutes after consumption, BCAA TST reaches extracellular tissues. This stimulates muscle protein synthesis and muscle growth in a way conventional amino acids or protein isolates could never do.
In comparison: In traditional BCAAs in capsule form (not in TST form at first) amino acids are absorbed 15 minutes after consuming and then transported gradually into extracellular muscle tissue over the next 60 minutes.
Powerful muscle building effect of BCAAs TST is completed with all 8 of the essential amino acids (EAAs). On top of that another 5 non-essential EAAs are available, which have virtually no direct effect on muscle growth. BCAAs, especially leucine, enhance the secretion of insulin. Insulin is a more effective and more anabolic hormone than testosterone. The Insulogen effects of BCAA are reinforced by 3-O-D-chiro-inositol (D-pinitol), a calorie free alternative to highly glycemic carbohydrates that improve the transport of creatine and amino acids into the muscle.
The BCAAs are also very helpful with diets. They stabilize the muscle mass, i.e. as a result of a low-calorie diet, muscle loss can be reduced by Amino Anabol. In addition, glucose levels in blood are kept relatively high even at low carbohydrate intake (low-carb diets) and stabilize your performance. As demonstrated in a study, BCAAs help to burn so called “brown” fat in problem areas such as abdomen, hips and lower back.
Because of the special effects of BCAA on human performance, BCAA’s (especially leucine) have a certain dominance effect (leucine replaces fatigue neurotransmitters, other substrates and amino acids) and the ability to penetrate into muscle tissue faster than other extracellular amino acids. BCAAs are in fact only amino acids, transported from the digestive system directly into the blood stream and then into extracellular system. All the other amino acids however, although being released relatively quickly into the blood stream, are passed on from there into the liver where they are synthesized by all the possible endogenous processes. Unknown amounts of amino acids are then released back in the blood stream.
BCAAs are therefore very important amino acids that are involved in a various important body functions such as muscle building and are the most effective building blocks for life itself.
TST BCAAs are the most important amino group and the most effective version of BCAA, with an effect on muscle tissue, endurance, fatigue resistance, regeneration, speed, strength, reduction of fat deposits and the overall well-being. Effects of supplementation with BCAA depend on your eating habits and use of additional supplements (protein, highly glycemic carbohydrates, and creatine).
A sufficient and constant supply of amino acid is essential for the increase of muscle volume and strength. BCAAs TST are particularly important since they induce muscle building more than any other amino acids.

Recommended Dose:
10 g portion of BCAAs TST is an equivalent to 13 g of powder. BCAAs can be isolated, and consumed in combination with TST EAAs / Leusteron or shortly after a protein drink (to enhance effects of protein).
With the addition of 15 to 40 g of highly glycemic carbohydrates, such as Glucofast, the anabolic effect of BCAA TST significantly increased.
Take BCAAs TST alone or BCAAs TST with one of the above-mentioned combinations several times a day, in the morning, shortly before, during or after training.
