The essential amino acids (EAAs) in TST-form consist of all the 8 essential amino acids with additional non-essential amino acid L-tyrosine.
TST EAAs are extracted using a revolutionary manufacturing method and characterized by fast and complete solubility in water. This means that EEAs TST are fully dissolved and released into the blood just 10 minutes after taking this tasty drink, fulfilling their highly effective function as initiators of synthesis of muscle proteins and muscle building material. For better assimilation and utilization of amino acids EAAs TST is optimized with a vitamin B complex.
What can I expect from EAAs TST?
Fast-essential amino acids, such as EAAs TST are very effective for the building of lean muscles as they take a great part in the muscle building process and are built directly into the muscles. The overall effects of supplementation with EAAs TST also depend on your eating habits and the use of additional supplements (protein, highly glycemic carbohydrates, and creatine).
For a constant and sufficient supply of amino acid you should supply yourself with slow (e.g. before bedtime) and fast proteins (especially in the morning and after training) to support the muscle-building effect of EAAs TST and avoid muscle degradation.
Functionality and Impact:
Only the essential amino acids contribute to building material of body proteins, which means that the EAAs are the building blocks of our muscles. Missing a single essential amino acid, or not having enough of a single amino acid means that the synthesis of muscle proteins would be slowed down or even stopped. An adequate supply of EAAs is therefore necessary for muscle growth. Inactive adults need 0.4 g of a balanced mixture of EAA per kg of body weight per day to maintain status quo.
Children, adolescents and athletes in general need considerably more than 0.4g a day, since these groups need material to build up muscle cells.
For athletes, EAAs are interesting not only as a building material for muscle and tissues but also as a stimulant to muscle protein synthesis and muscle growth. This happens when the amount of EAAs in the extracellular muscle tissue is significantly increased. As a “detonator” for the increased muscle protein synthesis, EAAs contain BCAAs (branched chain amino acids; especially L-leucine). The other 5 EAAs are there to make sure that no essential amino acid is limited and is available for muscle building material and muscle cell structure.
To initiate the muscle protein synthesis and muscle growth, EAAs in TST are pre-dissolved in Malate acids, dried and re-crystallized. EAAs are soluble in water and can quickly penetrate into the blood stream and extracellular muscle tissue just 10 minutes after consumption. This massively increases the synthesis of muscle proteins and stimulates muscle growth in a way conventional amino acids can’t.
In comparison: traditional EAAs in tablet form (as the previous form of this supplement) are absorbed 15 minutes after consumption and then gradually absorbed over the next 60 minutes into extracellular muscle tissue.

Recommended Dose:
10g of EAAs TST equivalent to 14g in powder form. The EAAs can be consumed in combination with TST BCAAs / Leusteron / Amino Anabol Professional, or shortly after a protein drink (for the biological enhancement of protein).
With the addition of 15 to 40 g of one highly glycemic carbohydrates, such as Glucofast, the anabolic effect of EAAs TST can by significantly increased.
Take EAAs TST or one of the above-described combinations several times a day, in the morning, during or after training.
Note:
Athletes that consume a significant volume of proteins can do without additional EAAs, since they are already supplied with essential amino acids. Since the digestion of protein uses a relatively high amount of energy for digesting, many athletes prefer free EAAs instead of high quantities of proteins.
