Our formula delivers 250 mg Magnesium and is fortified with 120 mg Vitamin C. Magnesium contributes to: normal protein synthesis, normal functioning of the nervous system (neurotransmission and muscle contraction including heart muscle), reduction of tiredness/fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism and electrolyte balance*.
Vitamin C helps to protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilages, bones, blood vessels, gums, teeth and skin*.

Directions
Dilute one serving (25 ml) in 250 ml water a day shortly before bedtime. Shake well before use!
